INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN GUANGZHOU

新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆-提供保安人员报价邀请书

                     The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou would like to invite interested vendor to submit a quotation for the provision of security services for a period of two year from 26 May 2025 to 25 May 2027, with an option to extend the contract for one additional year. 新加坡驻广州总领事馆现邀请有意向供应商提交一份为新加坡驻广州总领事馆提供保安人员的报价单。合同期限从2025年5月26日至2027年5月25日, 并可选择将合同延长一年。

3                   Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address Guangzhou_Procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Hong Jia Qi, Consul (Admin & Consular) and Mr Phan Jie Zhi, Attaché (Admin & Consular). Submissions by post, fax, or to email accounts other than the email account indicated above will not be entertained.

4                   Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Security Services for The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou”.  All submissions should reach the Singapore Consulate-General in Guangzhou not later than Tuesday, 01 April 2025 at 1600 hours. 请在主题栏注明 “Provision of Security Services for The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou”。所有提交的文件应在2025年4月02日（星期三）16:00之前发送至新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆。

5                   Your Proposal shall be evaluated based on the following criteria 提案将根据以下标准进行评估:

1. Price Competitiveness 价格 (45%)

2. Track Records and relevant experience 业绩记录和相关经验 (20%)

3. Relevant Qualifications 相关资质(15%)

4. Compliance to the Requirement Specifications 符合需求规范(10%)

5. Innovation 创新(10%)

6                   The acceptance and award of the contracted service will be at the sole discretion of The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Quote. 合同服务的接受与授予将由新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆根据报价邀请书的条款和条件自行决定。

7                   The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. 新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆不承诺接受最低报价、全额报价或任何报价。

8                   All cost or expenses related to preparing the quote will be borne by you. 准备报价所涉及的所有费用和支出将由您承担。

9                   All information supplied to you by The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party. 新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆提供给您的所有信息，无论是书面还是口头形式，必须保密，并且不得向任何第三方透露。

10                 The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed above. 如果您的回复未能按照本信函中列出的条款和上述要求的方式提交，新加坡共和国驻广州总领事馆保留取消您资格的权利。

11                 Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation. 您的报价应在本次邀请的截止日期后至少90天内有效。
