INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF OFFICE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN GUANGZHOU
新加坡驻广州总领事馆办公室-维保服务报价邀请书
You are invited to quote for the provision of office maintenance services for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou for a period of one year from 9 March 2026 to 8 March 2027, with an option to extend the contract for one year.
新加坡驻广州总领事馆邀请有意向供应商对我馆办公室维保服务进行报价，服务期为壹年（从2026年3月9日至2027年3月8日），期满后可选择将合同延长壹年。
2 You shall be deemed to have read this letter and fully understood the contents of the attached Annexes, which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -
贵司被视为已经阅读本报价邀请并已完全理解附件的内容，以下附件为本报价邀请书的必要组成部分，贵司应遵守其中所有条款和条件：
a) Annex A: Instruction to Suppliers (Quotations)

3 Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Ms Tan Feiyan, Vice-Consul (Admin & Technical). Submissions by post, fax, or to email accounts other than the email account indicated above will be disqualified.
贵司之报价应通过电子邮件地址 guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg发送给副领事（行政与技术）陈飞燕女士。通过邮寄、传真或发送至上述指定电子邮件地址以外的邮箱账户的报价将不予受理。
4 Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Office Maintenance Services for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou”. All submissions should reach the Singapore Consulate-General in Guangzhou not later than Tuesday, 10 February 2026 at 5.00pm.
请在邮件主题栏注明“Provision of Office Maintenance Services for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou”。所有提交的材料应在2026年2月10日（星期二）下午17:00时之前送达我馆。
5 A site inspection will be conducted on Friday, 30 January 2026 at 10.00am at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou (Address: Unit 2418, CITIC Plaza Office Tower, 233 Tianhe North Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou 510613). Interested vendors should contact Ms Carla Sui at +86-20-38912345 (Ext 114) / guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg to register for the briefing.
我馆将于2026年1月30日（星期五）上午10:00时举行说明会，并供投标企业实地参观（总领事馆地址：广州市天河区天河北路233号中信广场办公楼2418房，邮政编码：510613）。投标企业请与我馆隋静女士联系并登记出席说明会人员信息（联系电话：+86-20-38912345分机114，邮箱：guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg）。
6 Your Proposal shall be evaluated based on the following criteria:
报价将根据以下标准进行评估：
(a) Price Competitiveness 价格 (40%)
(b) Track Records and Relevant Experiences业绩记录及相关经验 (25%)
(c) Relevant Qualifications相关资质 (20%)
(d) Compliance to the Requirement Specifications符合需求规范 (7%)
(e) Innovation Features创新 (8%)
7 The acceptance and award of the contracted service will be at the sole discretion of the Singapore Consulate-General in Guangzhou in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Quote.
合同服务的接受与授予将由新加坡驻广州总领事馆根据报价邀请书的条款和条件自行决定。
8 The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote.
新加坡驻广州总领事馆不承诺接受最低报价、全部报价或任何报价。
9 All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.
准备报价所涉及的所有费用和支出将由贵司承担。
10 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
新加坡驻广州总领事馆提供给贵司的所有信息，无论是书面还是口头形式，必须保密，并且不得向任何第三方透露。
11 The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annexes.
若贵司没有按照本报价邀请书列出的条款和上述要求的方式提交报价，新加坡驻广州总领事馆保留取消贵司资格的权利。
12 Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation.
贵司之报价应在本报价邀请书的截止日期后至少90天内有效。
