EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR RENOVATION OF OFFICE SPACE OF THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN GUANGZHOU
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou invites interested companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Renovation of Office Space of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou
Brief Description of ProjectThe project involves the complete fit-out of a new office space of approximately 1,200 sqm in a commercial office building, including offices, meeting rooms, reception and public area, pantry, storage facilities. Work encompass all architectural, engineering (structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing), interior furnishing, technology systems (Audio Visual (AV), PABX, IT, UPS), security and integrated logistics support. A Main Contractor is required to manage and deliver the entire project within the stipulated timeframe according to the commercial building fit-out guidelines.
Companies are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for prequalification purposes. Shortlisted firms will then be invited to the formal tender stage, where complete documentation and proposals are required.

It is mandatory for interested companies to fill up all information requested in Annex B and submit the completed form together with all relevant documents and proposals. Companies may request for a digital copy of the EOI documents via email to Guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg.
One “Original” set, One “Copy” and One “Digital version” (i.e. CD-ROM or thumb drive) of the EOI shall be submitted to the following address before 1600, local time (China), on 22 May 2026:

Any clarifications should be made in writing and sent via the electronic mail to the following email addresses no later than 7 calendar days before the closing date of this EOI to Guangzhou_procurement@mfa.sg
Companies who wish to seek extension to the specified Period of EOI shall submit their request via electronic mail to the email addresses stated under para 7 no later than 7 calendar days from the closing date, failing which we would have the discretion to disregard any such requests.
