Consul-General Chua Teng Hoe attended the inaugural ceremony of Singapore Management University (SMU) Guangzhou Alumni Chapter on 23 August. Professor Lily Kong, President of SMU and Fu Haibiao, Deputy Director of the International Education Division, Sun Yat-sen University Higher Continuing Education Centre, were also present to witness the establishment of the SMU Guangzhou Alumni Chapter. SMU has been as one of the most outstanding specialised universities in Asia and in the world.
